What problem are you trying to solve?
1.Many international buyers want to purchase directly from Chinese shopping platforms to reduce costs, and they need a local partner in China to handle parcel pickup, unboxing, repacking, and returns.
2. The products seen on shopping platforms may differ significantly in quantity and quality from what is actually received. A local team in China can help mitigate these issues.
3. When sending numerous small parcels to freight forwarders, they often don’t have time to pick up and verify packages. Some freight forwarders also have specific packaging requirements, and you must follow their guidelines for packaging and labeling.
The typical tasks of our packing service include: we collect and store your parcels, check the quantity of the products (provided you give us a product shopping list), inspect the quality of the items (based on your specified quality requirements), remove the original packaging to reduce international shipping costs, merge parcels and repack them according to your freight forwarder’s requirements, and send your products to your designated freight forwarder’s warehouse.
We currently offer packaged services to meet different customer needs:
Package 1: Packing Service
When you choose this service, our main task is to help you pack the products. You are responsible for product procurement and can use our warehouse for free. We will collect the parcels, inspect the quality, provide feedback, repack the products, print the shipping marks, and send the products to your designated freight forwarder.
Package 2: Procurement and Packing Service
This package includes everything in Package 1, plus we will handle product returns and exchanges for you. The main difference between Package 1 and Package 2 is that with Package 2, you don’t need to spend time on product procurement and supplier selection.
Package 3: Customized Service
For customers with high-quality requirements or needs not covered by the above packages, please contact our professional team. We will provide a tailored package to meet your specific requirements.
First, you can browse our website and choose the package that suits your needs, or communicate with our team, and we will help you customize a package. If you choose Package 1, we will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can have your supplier send your products to our warehouse. You will need to provide us with a product procurement list, including the quantity, color, size, quality requirements, and the logistics tracking number. With this information, we can help track the logistics and verify the quantity/quality of the products. Once the products are verified, we will pack them and send them to your designated freight forwarder.
Product packing and quality inspection may seem simple, but the time and expertise required vary greatly depending on the product. For example, if you need 5 pieces of clothing, we can check the color, size, and quantity for accuracy. However, if you are purchasing iPhones, we may need to verify that they are genuine. For electronic products, we may need to power on the devices and test each function to ensure they are working properly. Therefore, for product pricing, we recommend you check our Pricing List page. Currently, our service fees start as low as 3%. Please search for “Pricing” to view our pricing policy.
If your order amount is relatively small, such as $500, you can pay us via PayPal, and we usually receive the payment within 1 minute.
If your order amount is larger, such as over $5000, you can pay via bank transfer, which typically takes 3-7 business days. Once we receive the payment, we will begin providing services.
If you are an e-commerce operator, you can use Payoneer to pay us, and we usually receive the payment within 5 minutes.

If you use your supplier to purchase products and only require our packing service, in this case, any quality issues with the parcels need to be addressed directly with your supplier, and you will be responsible for handling the returns and exchanges. Our warehouse operates every day, so you can have your supplier pick up the parcels directly from our warehouse.
However, if you choose our Procurement + Packing Service, we will handle all issues for you, and you won’t need to be involved in the returns and exchanges process.
Additionally, regardless of the service you choose, once the parcel leaves China, the return and exchange policy will no longer be applicable. The reason is simple: for example, if you buy a $3 t-shirt and upon receiving it in your country, you’re not satisfied with the product’s quality, it would be very difficult to process a return because the cost of shipping the product back to China is over 10 times the cost of the product itself, making returns and exchanges impractical.
