近期英国海关加强入境货物检查，根据海关检查趋势主要涉及电子产品及化妆品类货物，为确保英国海运渠道的货物能高效完成清关流程，避免不必要的延误及影响，请按以下要求提前准备好相关资料（若后续收到查验通知，需在收到通知后将资料提供给我司）：
Recently, the UK Customs has intensified inspections of incoming goods, particularly targeting electronic products and cosmetics. To ensure that goods shipped via UK sea freight can efficiently complete the customs clearance process and avoid unnecessary delays, please prepare the following relevant documents in advance (if you receive a notice for inspection later, please provide the documents to our company upon receipt):

电子产品类：
For Electronic Products:

1. 该批货物的所有货物的详细装箱清单，包括单独的纸箱编号。
   A detailed packing list for all items in the shipment, including individual carton numbers.
2. 合规文件：符合性声明以及支持性技术文档/测试报告，表明货物产品根据相关安全法规进行了评估（例如，测试报告、符合性声明（如有必要）。
   Compliance documents: conformity declaration and supporting technical documentation/testing reports, indicating that the products have been assessed according to relevant safety regulations (e.g., testing reports, conformity declarations if necessary).
3. 所选产品的照片
   Photos of the selected products.
4. 产品的销售链接
   Sales links for the products.
5. 所选产品的商品代码
   Commodity codes for the selected products.
6. 确认送货地址
   Confirmation of the delivery address.
7. VAT进口商的电子邮箱
   Email address of the VAT importer.

请在通知日起三天内提供海关查验需要的文件，逾期英国海关可能进行无文件现场查验，可能会导致销毁等操作，如产生费用将实报。
Please provide the required documents for customs inspection within three days from the date of this notice. Failure to do so may result in the UK Customs conducting an on-site inspection without documents, which could lead to destruction or other actions. Any costs incurred will be billed accordingly.

化妆品类：
For Cosmetics:

1. 货物中所有货物的完整详细装箱清单，包括单独的纸箱编号。
   A complete detailed packing list for all items in the shipment, including individual carton numbers.
2. 化妆品类目的产品信息文件 (PIF) 和化妆品安全报告 (CPSR)。
   Product Information File (PIF) and Cosmetic Safety Report (CPSR) for cosmetic products.
3. 所选产品的照片（如果有）。
   Photos of the selected products (if available).
4. 英国化妆品产品编号和英国提交化妆品通知门户 (SCPN) 上每种产品的产品名称
   UK Cosmetic Product Number and product names for each product submitted to the UK Submission Portal (SCPN).
5. 所选产品的销售链接
   Sales links for the products.
6. 英国负责人的确认
   Confirmation of the UK Responsible Person.
7. 送货地址的确认
   Confirmation of the delivery address.
8. 进口商的联系电子邮件地址
   Contact email address of the importer.
