  • The total length of oversized products must not exceed 260 cm, calculated as length + (width + height) x 2.

  • Delivery may not be available to remote areas, or additional fees may apply.

  • We provide DDP and DDU services for European  countries and USA, CA, AU, NZ, offering free door-to-door delivery.
  • For other countries, we provide CFR service, meaning customers will need to handle customs clearance and pickup after the products arrive at the port/airport.
  • DDP: Door to Door, Tax Paid
    DDU:Door to DDp , Tax Unpaid
    CFR: only to Sea port / Airport

  • The delivery address must be a commercial or Amazon address. Additional fees may apply for residential addresses.

  • The chargeable weight of a single package must exceed 12 kg. If under 12 kg, it will be charged as 12 kg.

  • Weight Requirements: The weight requirements for shipping are as follows:
    • Air freight: Minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 21 kg.
    • Sea, rail, and truck transport: MOQ of 100 kg.

  • Prices are subject to fluctuation. The prices listed are reference prices; please refer to the actual price for confirmation.

  • Compensation will be based on the actual carrier policy. Generally, if goods are lost upon arrival in the destination country, the carrier compensates at 3-5 USD/kg of the product value (shipping fees are non-refundable). If lost during local delivery, compensation usually does not exceed 100 USD per shipment. Losses during customs inspection are the customer’s risk.

  • Choose reliable shipping channels and consider purchasing shipping insurance. Please refrain from shipping illegal or prohibited items, as the risk will be borne by the sender.
